Pack 873 scouts and volunteers sold million (a record number of) hot dogs this Saturday at the Fry's electronics. Several scouts and volunteers partcipated in the event and help make the hot dogs and wrap them in tin foil sheets. The tent was set up at 10AM and the scouts started selling hot dogs shortly after that.
Hot dogs and soft drinks were sold at pre-historic price of 25 cents each. Several Frys shoppers supported the event by buying those hot dogs as well as with generous donations. So many hot dogs were made and sold at the same speed they were made. Sales went on till 5PM, raising considerable amount of money for the pack.
Young scouts proved once again that they can participate and make such selfless events very successful. Thanks to the Frys management for providing excellent support for the event.
